Chris Allen

Chris Allen is entering his third season at the helm of the women’s soccer program at Davenport University. Since taking over in 2009, he has helped transform the lady panthers into a well-respected program.

Throughout his career Chris has coached at high levels specifically with Halifax Town Football Club and Vardar West Soccer Club. While coaching for Vardar West, Chris guided his team to three straight Michigan State Cup Championship games, winning the prestigious honor back to back in 2008 and 2009, granting them two births to the Region 2 National Championship series. Chris also won the Midwest Regional League D1 Championship in 2008. In the summer of 2010 he guided Chicago Fire Juniors – Michigan to the Super Y National Championships in Tampa, FL. Chris spent time in the summer of 2010 learning from Manchester United first team coach Rene Meulensteen.

Chris currently holds both FA Level 2 and USSF D coaching licenses.

Allen played for Davenport University.

Chris currently resides in Kentwood, MI while the rest of his family lives in Huddersfield, England.
